Pick Bike on the add form. A bike has a brand, model, year, type and color, a spec sheet for how it shifts and brakes, its frame, and tire setups with pressures, tubes or tubeless, and sealant. Parts you changed or added live in its Specs and parts drawer. It has no VIN, registration or fuel log.

Tap Ride on the bike's card, or New beside its rides, to log a ride: the distance, the time and the date. Below them, tick what you did at the stand: Oiled chain, Topped up sealant, Charged shifting battery or Pumped tires. A tick resets that reminder and adds no maintenance record. Pick Mileage only to update the bike's total distance. The bike's total distance grows with each ride you log, so it is never an estimate.

A bike's schedule starts with the chain every 200 mi or 1 month, and adds what fits the bike: tubeless sealant every 2 months, a shifting battery charge on electronic shifting, a brake bleed every 12 months on hydraulic brakes, bar tape on drop bars, and fork and shock service on a suspension bike, counted in riding hours. Later offers With my next chain oil, and In 10 h for an item counted in hours. Insights shows each bike's cost per mile beside the cars'.
